Introduction
Designed to fully address the entire results chain, results-based monitoring and evaluation is a thorough, intensive, comprehensive and practical ten full day course for program and project managers and officers whose roles organizations include planning, managing, supervising, reporting, guiding and implementing programs in their organizations.

Participation in this seminar affords staff excellent opportunities to benefit from the latest thinking and practice around M & E issues including results approaches in addition to helping you make most out of data for strategic decision making in relation to project/program design and implementation.

About the lead trainer: Dr.Eunice Njambi-: Dr. Eunice Njambi has PhD and a Master’s degree in community health and development from Great Lakes University, with further training in health systems management from Galilee International Management Institute, Israel. She is a community development specialist with expertise in research consultancy. Eunice is a regional facilitator in Leadership, development of partnerships, strategic leadership planning and development, systems strengthening through policy research and stakeholder engagement and peace and security operations. She is currently working with the International Peace Support Training Centre (IPSTC) as a researcher and curriculum designer and also lecturering at Mount Kenya University. She has been a principle investigator in national and regional research with USAID, KIPPRA, Concern World Wide South Sudan, AMREF/ Ministry of health, UNCHR/UNICEF/Action Against Hunger, DONONE Baby Nutrition in addition to supervising over 50 Master’s degree research Students who have graduated.

Methodology
Emphasis is on practical skills. Plenary presentation and group work with the use of templates and practical tools will be supplemented with Knowledge Transfer Activities that each participant will develop and implement in their work. Facilitation ensures quality time utilization for each participant and gives enough chance to exchange practical experiences with other participants. Presentations, guided dialogue, group discussions, group work, case studies using real life examples from the participants, exercises, and cross-team coaching will also be used.
